Use the right paper
Your paper is one of the most important factors in producing a high quality print, in some cases this simple part of the printing process can be more important than the type of printer you use. Standard paper or regular card-stock is a quick option if you have no other options, but you should really use “photo” or “fine art” paper. These papers have a special coating on them that will prevent the ink from soaking through the paper, resulting in brighter more accurate print.
